AIR With Flavour® is operated by RGS Group.

With more than 35 years of experience in healthcare, we are proud to support individuals and families navigating eating and swallowing difficulties.

For people living with dysphagia, being unable to enjoy food and drink can be incredibly difficult, particularly when mealtimes are often moments of comfort, routine, and connection. That is why we are passionate about offering products that aim to make those experiences feel a little more inclusive.

AIR With Flavour® products are designed to provide flavour and sensory stimulation for people who are unable to eat and drink normally, including those living with dysphagia or who may be nil by mouth. Through food-inspired aromas and flavour experiences, the range helps people reconnect with familiar tastes and remain part of shared mealtime moments, without the need to consume food or drink.

Alongside this, AIR With Flavour® supports dysphagia catering and dining across food textures aligned with the IDDSI framework, helping ensure meals remain safe, appropriate, and enjoyable.

We care deeply about the difference these products can make and work closely with Speech and Language Therapists, healthcare professionals, individuals, and families to help people experience greater comfort, inclusion, and quality of life.

Delivery

We keep stock here in the UK, allowing us to offer fast and reliable delivery across our full product range.

We understand that when someone is living with dysphagia or changing care needs, having access to the right support quickly can make all the difference. That is why we aim to make the ordering process as straightforward as possible.

Orders placed before 1pm on working days are usually dispatched the very same day and typically arrive within 2 working days, helping you get the support you need, when you need it.

VAT Exemption

We can’t offer VAT exemption via our website due to the government requiring a signed declaration to be able to claim zero-rated VAT.

In order to be eligible for VAT exemption, you must meet the three criteria below.

You, as the customer, must be eligible to purchase at zero rate.
The goods are for the personal or domestic use of, you, the customer
The goods and services are eligible to be supplied at the zero rate

I am in a care home, can I claim VAT exemption?

In this instance, no, you are unable to claim VAT relief. The government makes it very clear that;

The following are excluded from the term ‘domestic or personal use’, and not eligible for VAT relief:

goods and services used for business purposes
supplies of eligible goods made widely available for a whole group of people to use as they wish, for example, a stair lift installed in a charity building and made available for the general use or convenience of all those chronically sick or disabled persons who might need it, rather than for the personal use of specified individuals
goods and services supplied to:
- an inpatient or resident of a hospital or nursing home
- any person attending the premises of a hospital or nursing home for care or treatment
- any other person or commercial establishment, with the exception of a charity, where the goods are for use by, or in connection with, care provided to an inpatient or resident of a health institution or to a patient whilst attending the premises of a health institution where the items are intended for use in the care or treatment provided in the relevant hospital, nursing home or health institution
